Let our technician see your screen and fix the problem together with you.

1. Download and open the fileOpen Blu-Tec-Support.exe from your Downloads. If Windows asks, choose More info and then Run anyway. Nothing needs to be installed.
2. Tell us the numbers on the screenThe window shows an ID and a PIN. Read them to your technician.
3. Click Allow when askedYou stay in control: you can see everything we do and end the session at any time with the red Disconnect button.
